TRAP CURSOR Review & Gameplay Guide

I just spent the last few hours playing TRAP CURSOR and I have to say, it's been a wild ride. I mean, the concept is pretty simple - you're a cursor that has to navigate through a maze while avoiding traps and collecting coins. Sounds easy, right? But trust me, it's not as straightforward as it sounds. The controls are super sensitive, which can be both a blessing and a curse. On the one hand, it makes the game feel really responsive and fast-paced, but on the other hand, it can be frustrating when you accidentally trigger a trap because you moved a pixel too far to the left.

One thing I will say is that the game is really well-designed. The levels are all unique and require you to think strategically about how to get from point A to point B. I loved how the game introduces new mechanics as you progress, like ice blocks that make you slide around or moving platforms that you have to time your jumps on. It keeps the game feeling fresh and exciting, even when you're on your tenth attempt at a particularly tough level. And the graphics are pretty cool too - the neon colors and futuristic aesthetic really add to the game's atmosphere.

But, as much as I enjoyed playing TRAP CURSOR, there are a few things that really grated on me. For one, the difficulty curve is all over the place. Some levels are a breeze, while others are almost impossible. I mean, I get that the game is supposed to be challenging, but it feels like the difficulty spikes are more based on luck than actual skill. And don't even get me started on the checkpoints - or rather, the lack thereof. I lost count of how many times I died and had to restart from the beginning of the level. It's frustrating, to say the least.

Despite those issues, I still found myself having a lot of fun playing TRAP CURSOR. There's something satisfying about finally beating a level that's been giving you trouble, and the sense of accomplishment you get from collecting all the coins in a level is really rewarding. And, as I mentioned earlier, the game is really well-designed, so even when I was getting frustrated, I couldn't help but appreciate the thought and care that went into creating it. If you're a fan of puzzle games or just looking for something to challenge yourself, I'd definitely recommend giving TRAP CURSOR a try.

As I was playing, I found myself wondering what the game would be like with a few tweaks to the difficulty curve and checkpoint system. I think with a bit more polish, TRAP CURSOR could be a really standout title. As it is, it's still a solid game that's worth playing, but it falls just short of being truly great. That being said, I'm excited to see what the developers do next - with a bit more refinement, I think they could create something really special. For now, though, TRAP CURSOR is a fun, if flawed, game that's definitely worth checking out if you're in the mood for a challenge.

Overall, I'd say TRAP CURSOR is a game that's worth playing, even with its flaws. It's a fun, fast-paced game that will keep you on your toes, and the sense of accomplishment you get from beating a tough level is really rewarding. Just be prepared to die a lot, and don't get too frustrated when you have to restart from the beginning of a level for the umpteenth time. With a bit more polish, TRAP CURSOR could be a real standout title - but even as it is, it's still a fun and challenging game that's worth playing.
