Shiny Dodge Review & Gameplay Guide

I just spent the last few hours playing Shiny Dodge and I've got to say, it's been a wild ride. At first, I thought it was just going to be another one of those generic dodge games where you move a character around and avoid obstacles, but boy was I wrong. The graphics are actually really nice, the colors are vibrant and the characters are pretty cute. I mean, who doesn't love a good shiny aesthetic, right? But enough about the visuals, let's talk about the gameplay.

The gameplay is where Shiny Dodge really shines. It's incredibly addictive, I found myself playing level after level without even realizing it. The controls are really responsive, which is great because the game requires you to be quick on your toes. You've got to dodge all sorts of obstacles, from spikes to lasers, and it gets pretty intense. I love how the difficulty ramps up as you progress through the levels, it's not too easy but not too hard either. Although, there were a few times where I felt like the game was being a bit too cheap, like when I died because of a laser that came out of nowhere.

One thing that I really appreciate about Shiny Dodge is the variety of power-ups and upgrades that you can collect. There are all sorts of goodies that can help you out, from shields to speed boosts, and they're all really useful. I especially love the magnet power-up, it's so satisfying to attract all the coins and gems on the screen. The upgrades are also really cool, you can upgrade your character's speed and health, which is really helpful as you progress through the game. My only gripe is that the upgrades can be a bit pricey, I found myself grinding for coins just to afford the next upgrade.

Despite a few minor complaints, I'm really enjoying Shiny Dodge. The game has a great energy to it, the music is catchy and the sound effects are really fun. I also love the little touches, like how your character does a little dance when you complete a level. It's just a really fun game to play, and I can see myself coming back to it again and again. I've already recommended it to a few of my friends, and I think anyone who enjoys a good dodge game will really love Shiny Dodge.

For example, the levels can get a bit repetitive after a while, and I wish there were more different types of obstacles to avoid.
