I just spent the last few hours playing Doodle Jump 4 and I have to say, it's more of the same - which isn't necessarily a bad thing. I mean, you're basically doing the same thing over and over again - jumping and shooting and trying not to die. It's not like there's a narrative arc or anything, so you're not working towards some bigger goal. You're just playing for the sake of playing, which is fine, but it can get a bit old after a while. I found myself taking breaks from the game pretty frequently, just to give my eyes a rest and my brain a chance to do something else.

That being said, Doodle Jump 4 is still a great game to play in short bursts. It's perfect for when you're waiting in line or sitting on the bus or just need a quick distraction. And the social features are a lot of fun - you can compete with your friends and see who can get the highest score, which adds a bit of an extra challenge to the game.
